Damn, its been a while since I've been here. Exactly 2 months ago from today. I've been good. Alive anyways. I'm finishing school for the semester. and... what else...

I realized, that, even though I have not gotten what I've been asking for this year, I have gotten good things nonetheless. This semester I've become friends with extraordinary people. Something I was not expecting. By extraordinary I don't mean that they can juggle balls in the air while jumping through a ring of fire while reciting the national anthem. No. These are your average college students. However, I feel they are extraordinary because in this superficial world it is sooo hard to find good, real people, with good intentions, and that makes me feel like the luckiest girl alive. I have come to understand that finding sincere and good people is like finding a $2000 original picture of The Beatles in a fleamarket. (Ok, so I like the Beatles, whats new?)

I'm not gonna lie and say I'm completely happy. I've cried enough this year, although I think I cried more last year. But I'm still here. I'm getting my life sort it out. I'm finding out what I like and don't like. And I've gotten pretty good at finding out what I want out of life, which is even better.

I don't know what my destiny holds in store for me, and I'm lying if I said I wasn't scared to find out, but... I hope its good.

So, with that said, the only thing left I wanted to say is: Thanks. Thanks for being there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about my photographs. Thanks for caring about art, and thanks for trying to be different and original. You are all my inspiration.
